Penkridge

It's been four years since we played this lovely old hall.

A revamp of the electrics and lighting have made a big improvement.

Once again, we received a wonderful, warm welcome, this time from the Penkridge Phoenix Group, some of whom had seen the show before.

Following our 60s segue, Steve introduced Doug to a keen, responsive audience who were more than happy to be involved in the show.

Doug was soon into his stride with his stories and gags, well-received by everyone.

After the interval, when people enjoyed the refreshments that had brought with them in order to keep down the ticket cost, we continued the show from where we had left off.

Thanks to Fred and his team for all their hard work before and after the show. Hoping your wife gets well soon, Fred.
