A Warm Welcome Back

This was our second show for the good folk of the Phoenix Club at Penkridge.

Their welcome was as warm as ever.

 An Appreciative Audience 

The audience were joining in from the start and they loved the slow Dr Hook song, Sylvia's Mother, before Doug came on stage.

 Doug in fine form

Doug was in fine form - involving members of the audience. Their response was, as usual, amazing.

 Our Guest Drummer

We were lucky to have guest drummer, Darren Ashford, with us. Darren is drumming royalty, having played with Lionel Richie and The Drifters, among many others.

Wowing the crowd

Doug returned to the stage with lots more stories and wonderful comedy which had everyone in stitches. Laughter really is the best medicine!

 A Great Night All-Round

Thanks to the audience for making our night so enjoyable. It's always a treat coming here.
